Application Process & Requirements

Step 1: Submit a Gang Whitelist Application\

  • Gang Name & Theme: Describe your gang’s identity, culture, and purpose.
  • Background Story: Provide a short backstory or origin to help establish your gang’s role in the city.
  • Expected Impact: Explain how your gang will contribute to city roleplay (conflict, business ties, events, etc.).
  • Territory or Area of Operation: Include the general area your gang will be based in (no claims to entire regions).
  • Gang Size & Hierarchy: List your expected number of members and rank structure.
  • Alliances / Rivals (if any): Note any known relationships with existing gangs or organizations.
  • Identifiers: Include examples or references if your gang will use specific identifiers besides a flag.
  • MLO or Base (if applicable): Include the MLO name and link if requesting to import a gang compound or headquarters.

Important Rules:

  • Whitelisted gangs must be approved by city staff before any activity begins.
  • Each gang may have up to 15 members- Not including hangarounds and hired civilians.
  • Leaders must maintain active involvement; inactive leadership can result in gang removal or reassignment.
  • All gang members must follow city rules — failure to do so will result in the removal of whitelist status.
  • Gang RP must enhance the server’s story, not disrupt it. Excessive random violence or trolling is not allowed.

Gang HQ MLO

  • Gang Base / MLO:
    • If your gang requires an MLO that doesn’t already exist, there is a $50 (monopoly money) setup fee.
    • If the MLO already exists in the city, there is no additional charge.
  • Gang Registration Fee:
    • Every approved gang must pay $250,000 (in-city funds) to become an official whitelisted organization. This ensures your gang is experiences with our City.

  • Custom Uniforms & Liveries:
    • Custom clothing can be submitted for approval at a cost of $10 (monopoly money per item).
    • Vehicle liveries or decals may be approved for $10 (monopoly money).

In City Purchases:

  • Billboard Ad: Depending on the billboard (Refer to the Billboards channel in Business owner discord)
  • Food Truck/ Business Vehicle: 100k to Import, and 20k for each vehicle
  • Government Assistance for Events: 50k per event
  • EMS assistance for event: 50k per first responder
  • PD assistance for event: 50k per officer

Requirements & Costs

  • MLO Fee:
    If your business requires an MLO, there’s an import fee of $30 (monopoly money).
    • If the MLO already exists in the city, there’s no extra charge.
    • If it’s not in the city, the cost of the MLO import will be added to the cost of purchasing a business.
  • Purchase Price:
    All businesses will require either a 1 time fee or a monthly subscription, which varies depending on the type of business
    • This purchase/subscription goes into supporting the server and helps ensure the Business owners take their responsibilities seriously.
  • Custom Uniforms:
    You may request custom business uniforms or outfits by submitting examples.
    If approved, the cost is $30 (monopoly money).

Ownership Terms

  • You retain ownership of your business while active in the city.
  • If you leave or are banned, all rights to the business revert to the city. Ownership cannot be transferred to another person or server.
  • You cannot sell your business.
    • If you become inactive for more than one month, or choose to step down, the business will return to government control.
    • The government may then decide to close or re-sell it.
