How to Buy a House in the City

Step-by-Step Guide

1️. Contact a Realtor

• Go to the #🏘️｜real-estate channel in the city Discord.

• Create a ticket in the realtor channel

• If requesting an MLO, please create a ticket in the main discord

• Include this info in your message:

  • Your in-game name
  • Property type or location you’re interested in
  • Your budget and any specific requests (garage, interior style, etc.)

• Required: use this template:

• 
  Intro message : [ e.g., “Hi, I’m looking to purchase a home.”]

  Name: [Your In-Game Name]
  Preferred Area: [e.g., Vinewood, Sandy, Paleto, or specific house.]
  Budget: [$ Amount in City Funds]
  In city Number: [ Your In-City Number]

  Thank you!

2️. Schedule a Viewing

• A Realtor will reach out to set up a property tour or meeting in-game.
• You’ll be able to view the home, check layout plans, and confirm pricing.

3️.Purchase Agreement

• Once you’ve chosen a property, the Realtor will walk you through the payment process.
• You’ll need in-city funds ready to complete the transaction.
• Payment is handled through Realtors only — never send money directly to players without Realtor supervision.

4️. Ownership Transfer

• After payment is confirmed, the Realtor will process the ownership transfer with the city government.
• You’ll receive:
  • Property keys
  • Storage access
  • Any applicable garage permissions

Property Rules & Notes

• Each player can own 3 residential properties at a time.
• Homes may be revoked if the player is inactive for more than 30 days.
• Properties may be traded or sold privately — you cannot scam with properties.
• If you get another home and already have 3, you must sell one of your current homes back to the city first.
