Infraction Point System
To keep Hollow Point RP fair and enjoyable for everyone, we use a point-based disciplinary system.
Every time a player breaks a rule, staff assigns a number of Infraction Points based on the severity of the offense.
- Every player begins with 0 points.
- Infractions add points to your record.
- 100 points = Permanent Ban.
- Points accumulate across all rule breaks — even small ones add up.
- Staff can increase or decrease points based on context (intent, history, or honesty).
- Certain major infractions (e.g. cheating or hate speech) instantly result in a permanent ban, even if under 100 points.
Tier 1 Infractions
Tier 1 infractions are worth between 5-15 Points\

| Mic / Chat Spam | Spamming local chat, OOC, or VOIP | 5 |
| Minor OOC Toxicity | Arguing, light insults, or negativity OOC | 10 |
| Green Zone Violation | Light conflict or robbery in a safe zone | 10 |
| Vehicle Ramming (non-RDM) | Using cars recklessly but not to kill | 10 |
| Unrealistic Driving | Excessive off-road or stunt driving without RP reason | 5 |
| Combat Logging (1st offense) | Disconnecting mid-scene or during arrest once | 15 |
Tier 2 Infractions
Tier 2 Infractions are worth 20-40 Points, and can result in a temporary ban of up to 7 days.

| Exploiting Bugs | Using known bugs to gain an advantage | 35 |
| Harassment / Bullying | Ongoing toxic behavior or targeting players | 30 |
| Staff Disrespect | Arguing, cursing, or ignoring staff directives | 30 |
| Combat Logging (Repeat) | Repeated disconnections to avoid RP or consequence | 40 |
Tier 3 Infractions
Tier 3 Infractions are worth 50-100 points, and will result in a minimum 14 day ban.

| Discrimination / Hate Speech | Racism, sexism, slurs, or hate-based comments | 100 |
| Serious Threats / Doxxing | Real-life threats or leaking personal info | 100 |
| Mass RDM / Griefing | Randomly killing or trolling large groups | 75 |
| Server / Community Disruption | Attempting to crash server or spread leaks | 100 |
While you are banned from the server and/or Discord you are not allowed to register another account or use an alternate account until the ban period has expired. Otherwise, your other account will also be banned and your original ban extended. If you want to dispute your ban you may do so in the Discord by creating a ticket. \
